Isaac grew up in Hillsboro, Oregon in a mansion with his parents and Uncle and his wife, Myles and Fran. His biological mother, Evangeline, was a world renowned Ballerina and dancer who influenced him greatly to be sweet, kind, elegant, and strong in the face of adversity.
She was, however, absent often with global tours and was left alone with his father, Ben, who shared his face and love for his mother but no love for him, having preferred no children at all. They were at an impasse and got along for Evangeline’s sake, but the relationship was empty and void.
Isaac also had two pet siamese cats named Mrrp and Mrow who were secretly flerkin, indebted to his mother’s bloodline and tasked with Isaac’s protection and safety.
When Isaac was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, Evangeline tasked her brother, Myles, to look after her son more often in case her husband’s apathy and parent’s rage at her son inheriting money culminated in her beloved son’s death.
Isaac’s Uncle/Fran accepted this task by babysitting him often and showering him with love.
With them, Isaac went on educational field trips and grew to love learning and ballerina, which he did as a small child despite being rather chubby at the time. He was also under their protection, seeing as Myles had the ability to teleport and Fran was a scientist of genius intellect who specialized in prosthetics and pushing the boundaries of human genetics.
His life was imperfect but idyllic as most civilian lives are until the age of thirteen, where an argument led to a car crash that killed his parents, awoke his mutant abilities, and gave him a concussion that left him hard of hearing.
Myles and Fran adopted him and moved him to New York where he would learn to control his powers, which were similar to the two flerkin cats he owned. Due to his injuries in the crash, Fran also made him a spine prosthetic and extra limb (retractable tail) that Isaac uses as Click and around those who know his identity.
There, Isaac recovered from the crash and trauma without the toxic influence of his grandparents, instead finding friends and family with Ezra Park, Jack Merridrew-Park, and their family. He also pursued a romantic relationship with Satomi Watanabe, who he dated until they were in college and broke up on amicable terms due to a divergence in interests and geographical locations.
Isaac attended college and got a dual degree in Business Management and Visual Media (Photography). During college, he modeled with Satomi and developed a fondness for camera work that led to his part time employment with private reporter and investigator Grant Fox, who he now works for as a Cameraman.
As a side effect of wanting to use his flerkin powers for good and taking inspiration from local heroes like Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Deadpool, Isaac also developed his suit with the help of his friends/Parents and became an altruistic mercenary under the alias of Click (though the media and other heroes call him Catman, among other names).
